We invite you to explore our unique adoption agency where we provide personalized services to families of the Greater Bay Area of Northern California. We specialize in foster/adoptions of children in the social service system in need of permanent homes. These children range in ages from infant to elementary school, and many are adopted as a sibling group. We also specialize in infant adoptions and offer individualized attention to Birth Mothers who are trying to make the best decision for their child through counseling and emotional support in this process. Hand in Hand Foundation offers a full continuum of services from initial information to finalization of adoption and aftercare support groups. Our families are given personal attention each step along the way.
